# Below are the rules for Mens B, C, D, E teams.
# No team can play in the State Tournament without playing 2 prior to the State Tournament.
# Any team on the USSSA National office manditory bump list that has 4 or more returning players must play in the class their were bumped to.  
# If a team is granted to move down in class their roster will be frozen (adds after frozen will be added through the state director)
# Guidelines for moving down in class:  At any time during the season (after 3 tournaments), if teams winning pct is below .400 against same class of teams they are eligible to request a re-classification. 
# Teams must submit re-classification in writing to move down.
# No team can request a re-classification without their full roster online.
# At any time during the season a State Director can re-classify a team even if they do not fit the guidelines above.
# Any team that is reclassified during the season and that has won National or World Berth will retain their Berth in the lower class.
# Any team that is re-classified during the season will be allowed to play in the lower classification NIT except Men's "E".

ANY NEW TEAM THAT FORMS FOR 2008 SEASON THAT HAS FOUR OR MORE PLAYERS 
FROM A MOVE UP TEAM (BASED ON LAST YEARS PERFOMANCE), MUST PLAY AT THE 
MOVE UP TEAMS CLASSIFICATION.  TEAMS CAN ASK FOR RECLASSIFICATION
(AT ANY TIME) BUT MAY HAVE TO PLAY IN THREE INVITATIONALS FOR CONSIDERATION.
TEAMS CAN GET RECLASSIFICATION FORMS AT WWW.USSSA.COM.  TEAMS THAT WERE 
CLASSIFIED BY THE NATIONAL MOVE UP RULE MUST FOLLOW NATIONAL RECLASSIFICATION RULES.
